...one world one heart

HI!  I'm julie...my blog is a mix of things..personal musings, inspiring quotes and stories, my art adventures, and every once in a while I post things that might be a little hard to read about,  things  going on in the world....
Things that trouble me...often things we can do something about.

I'm a mixed media fiber artist, I believe in magic and the power of intent...
I call my 'dolls' Spirit Figures because it feels like they come from Spirit to me, for you.
I love what I do and I have been fortunate to have my Spirit Figures go home to places all over the world..
I'm happy to be part of
One World One Heart
for the third time.
I think this is the last time the event is going to happen...
If you've done this before you know what's what....but for those of you reading about this for the first time this is an international blogger event.  We meet all kinds of creative bloggers from all over the world, make new friends, and maybe win something cool and we get to give something.

Talking Woman stick..
she who holds the stick does the talking...
great tool..
Paper Mache' and paper clay..

Having a Heart to Heart
this Figure is about the healing that takes place when we speak from the heart
using a little humor......how we feel lighter.
paper clay, paper cloth, rice meal paste painted and dyed cloth

What you do...
Leave a comment here,
tell me which give away you want, I couldn't choose...
Having a Heart to Heart or the Talking Woman stick
Make sure to leave me an email address in your comment so I can contact you if you are the winner.
I'll need to know where to send it.
I will pick a winner at 11pm pst on February 17th

What else can you do?

Go here

http://awhimsicalbohemian.typepad.com/a_whimsical_bohemian/one-world-one-heart-1.html

to travel around the world meeting new bloggers...
it is a list of everyone who is participating and there are already 100's...
I'm a little late...
It really is a pretty cool event.....
playtime.

And if you are an active blogger who would like to join in...
Everyone must give a 'door prize'...and register.
Go here to learn how...

and around we go... Your comment about how you found me off a comment I'd left on a Tucson post (OWOH particpant) and so you connected on to me makes me think of my husband's school of fish theory. Like folks travel together...

I also think we're given opportunities to connect to people that touch us and I've always taken advantage of those. It's always been worth it!

Thanks for finding me! I'm going to enjoy looking around your blog.. I just know it!
